The all new Oracle XS high speed oven features 3 cooking technologies - microwave, fan-assisted convection and impingement and two separate cooking modes - high speed oven (which uses all 3 technologies) and Combi Wave, where the user can select from microwave, convection or a combination of both, offering maximum flexibility for the operator.
The Oracle high speed oven is the ideal choice for when you want to offer hot food fast without compromising quality. Perfect for cafés, bistros, snack bars, quick service restaurants, service stations and sports clubs, as well as schools, universities and hotel room service.
Oracle is easy to install due to a number of factors - its compact size means it can be located anywhere, is supplied with a 13A plug and features the Oracle Odorless System which reduces steam and odours, negating the need for extraction. Cleaning is also fast with the rapid cooling system and the Oracle Wash Box that protects the oven chamber and can be easily removed for cleaning. Cleaning chemicals are also available to prevent grease sticking to the oven chamber or to remove any existing grease.
