The official cleaners are formulated specifically to be safe for Merrychef ovens’ catalytic surfaces and aluminum parts. Using non‑approved chemicals may damage critical components or invalidate warranties. The Merrychef Oven Cleaner is non‑abrasive, and the Protector spray forms a film to slow grease adhesion.

Merrychef recommends daily cleaning using the Oven Cleaner, followed by applying the Oven Protector coating each day. This helps reduce build-up over time and makes regular cleaning easier
