The Hobart Ecomax G504S is a compact yet powerful undercounter glasswasher, with built-in water softener, 500 × 500 mm basket and up to 60 racks per hour — ideal for busy bars, pubs and cafés.

The Hobart Ecomax G504S Undercounter Glasswasher delivers professional-grade glass cleaning in a compact package — perfect for bars, pubs, cafés, clubs and other busy commercial venues. Its 500 × 500 mm basket accommodates up to 25 pint-glass equivalents per cycle, while a maximum loading height of 360 mm ensures compatibility with even tall stemmed glasses. With up to 60 racks per hour, the G504S keeps pace with high turnover during peak service hours.

Built for dependability and consistent performance, the G504S features rotating top and bottom wash and rinse arms with anti-block jets to guarantee an even, thorough clean every cycle. Its double-skinned, insulated door design reduces heat and noise emissions — making it suitable for front-of-house bar areas as well as back-of-house kitchens. Integral detergent and rinse-aid dosing pumps, along with a self-flushing cycle and built-in drain pump, ensure easy maintenance and reliable operation.

Unique to the G504S is the integrated water softener — essential in areas with hard water — helping prevent limescale build-up and ensuring every glass is washed to a sparkling, streak-free finish. Digital soft-touch controls with temperature display and multiple wash programmes (60 s, 120 s, 180 s, Hygiene, ESave) give staff flexibility to match cleaning cycles to demand while keeping energy and water consumption low.
