The Falcon E3101P Six-Hotplate Oven Range is a versatile, high-performance electric range designed for modern professional kitchens. Featuring six fast-acting circular hotplates mounted on a pressed stainless-steel hob, this unit minimises pre-heat times and saves energy — letting chefs sauté, boil, simmer or fry multiple items simultaneously with precision and speed. Each hotplate is independently controlled to give maximum flexibility during service. 

Beneath the hob lies a large, 2/1 Gastronorm-compatible oven cavity with a generous internal volume, making it ideal for batch cooking, roasting or baking multiple dishes at once. The oven offers five shelf positions (two shelves supplied as standard) and operates across a wide temperature range of 100 – 250 °C. The vitreous enamelled oven chamber, together with a full-width removable drip tray, ensures effortless cleaning and maintenance at the end of busy shifts. 

Built for durability and reliability, the E3101P is finished in stainless steel and constructed to withstand demanding kitchen environments. Twin oven doors with individual catches help retain heat when checking food, while the unit is supplied on adjustable feet (castors available as an optional extra for mobility). The oven within the E3101P is 2/1 Gastronorm compatible, with internal dimensions of 700 × 535 × 430 mm. It features five shelf positions (two shelves supplied as standard), enabling flexible load configurations. The operating temperature ranges from 100 °C up to 250 °C — suitable for a wide variety of cooking processes, from slow roasting to high-heat baking.

Cleaning and maintenance are straightforward. The pressed stainless-steel hob and the vitreous-enameled oven chamber are both designed for easy cleaning. A full-width removable drip tray captures spills on the hob surface, making removal and cleaning quick and hygienic. The enamelled oven interior resists food residue buildup and is easier to wipe down after use.
