We designed, supplied and installed the new deli for the multi-million new shop. The all-new outlet also brings the first ever Barista Bar Coffee Drive-Thru exclusively to the local area.

Delish at SPAR Mallusk offers the full new experience including a Burrito Bar, Southern Fried Chicken, Chicken Pick ‘n’ Mix, Rotisserie Chicken and indulgent Ice Cream & Shakes. The range of concepts will provide shoppers with fantastic quality and choice, in an easy to order format, at great everyday value.

Bespoke Ice Cream Concept

Ice cream station comes with a recessed 2-scoop display, chocolate fountain & GN containers for toppings. The stainless steel ice cream station with ice cream razzler was manufactured by our in-house fabrication plant. We supplied and installed a Taylor 736 soft-serve ice cream machine.
