At Stephens Catering Equipment, our Commercial Racking Trolleys & Tray Rack Transport Solutions collection offers an essential component for efficient kitchen logistics and food-service operations. Whether you’ve got large-scale production, a central kitchen, hotel banquet facility or bakery, these mobile rack systems enable smooth transport and storage of gastronorm pans, trays, sheet pans or plate-racks. Built from high-grade stainless steel and robust castors, they stand up to continuous use in demanding environments.

Our range includes high-capacity gastronorm-trolleys (e.g., 20-level racks), compact tray movement trolleys, clearing racks, baking sheet-rack trolleys and more. For example, one model carries up to 20 full-sized 1/1 GN pans with a frame of 1700 mm high x 380 mm wide x 557 mm deep and a load capacity of up to 80 kg.

These trolleys not only streamline movement of large volumes of product but also support storage, holding, staging and clearing operations — reducing back-of-house bottlenecks and improving workflow.
