Equipped with a state-of-the-art integrated compressor, the SERELIS-8 provides precise refrigeration for one or both cavities, while its modular rack assembly simplifies maintenance and service. Refrigeration cycles and temperatures can be pre-programmed or manually adjusted, with the ability to control temperature shelf by shelf across three different pre-settings. This flexibility makes the SERELIS-8 perfect for varied menus and mixed hot-and-cold meal services.
